- The voucher issued by the company will be valid for 1 month from the date of issuance.
- Customers are entitled to receive only 1 voucher per account.
- The voucher will be automatically added to the account by October 3, 2024.

How to Use Hungry Hub Vouchers for Restaurant or Hotel Bookings
- Check your Voucher codes in the Discounts and Gift Cards menu by tapping on the “Me” section at the bottom right corner of the app.
- Vouchers can only be used at participating restaurants or hotels. Participating venues will display the “Accept Voucher” symbol, or you can find information about applicable discounts in the respective restaurant/package details.
- You can use the Voucher as cash by entering the code or tapping the code in the Voucher Code section during your restaurant or hotel booking.
- If the total service charge exceeds the Voucher discount, the customer must pay the remaining balance through the system to confirm the booking before using the service via the payment channels.
- Each Voucher code is single-use and cannot be reused.
- In cases where the booking involves additional payments made in advance, Hungry Hub will not be able to refund the balance.
- Hungry Hub reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of promotional offers without prior notice. In case of disputes, the company’s decision is final.
