Hungry Hub Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These Hungry Hub Gift Card Terms and Conditions (these “Gift Card Terms”) will become effective on April 25th, 2018. By continuing to use Hungry Hub starting on April 25th, 2018, you are agreeing to these Gift Card Terms.

Hungry Hub Gift Card (the “Gift Card”) is a gift card that a Buyer can purchase from Hungry Hub to give to a Recipient as a gift to book and dine at a Restaurant Partner and use the Gift Card as a form of payment.

Hungry Hub Gift Card buyer (the “Buyer”) is a customer who has purchased the Gift Card from Hungry Hub.

Hungry Hub Gift Card recipient (the “Recipient”) is the person whom the Buyer wishes to send the Gift Card to. The Recipient is required to sign up as a Hungry Hub Registered Customer before making a Gift Card redemption.

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions regarding Gift Card Terms, outlined below. Hungry Hub may update or revise these Gift Card Terms from time to time. The Buyer agrees that he/she will review these Gift Card Terms periodically. By submitting the Gift Card Order Form to Hungry Hub, the Buyer agrees to these Gift Card Terms

• Hungry Hub reserves the right to terminate Gift Card, or to change these Gift Card Terms, regulations, or benefits of participation, in whole or in part at any time with or without notice, even though changes may affect a number of Gift Cards that is already sold. Hungry Hub also may withdraw, limit, modify or cancel the number of Restaurant Partners that the Gift Card can be used at. Hungry Hub will have the final decision should any disputes over Gift Card purchase or redemption arise.
• If a Recipient is unable to keep his/her booking and he/she fails to cancel at least 30 minutes in advance of the booking time, Hungry Hub will send him/her an email letting him/her know that our records indicate that the recipient is a no-show.
• Only the Restaurant, Package Name, Price, and Party Size stated in the confirmation email can be redeemed by the Recipient.
• If the pre-selected Restaurant or Package has expired before the Recipient makes a redemption, the Recipient is allowed to change the Restaurant or the Package or the Party Size for one time by contacting Hungry Hub directly. The Recipient is responsible for any price difference that may occur.
• Inquiries regarding Gift Card issuance and redemption must be submitted via email within 14 days after the issue date or booking date to be reviewed by Hungry Hub.
• These Gift Card Terms are a part of Hungry Hub General Terms and Conditions and such General Terms and Conditions are incorporated by reference herein.
• All redemption of Gift Card are final.
• Gift Cards are only redeemable using a confirmed booking with a Hungry Hub Restaurant Partner.
• Each Gift Card expires 2 months from the issued date and must be redeemed by the expiry date.
• Booking using Gift Card must be booked 1 day in advance.
• Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Hungry Hub is not responsible for any Gift Cards used without a Recipient’s permission or for any lost, stolen or destroyed Gift Card Confirmation email.
• Hungry Hub may add to, withdraw, limit, change, or cancel any or all of the Gift Card options and their applicable terms in its sole discretion without notice.
• The Recipient will not earn any Hungry Points from booking redeemed with a Gift Card

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข Hungry Hub Gift Card

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฮังกรี้ฮับกิฟต์การ์ด (ต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “ข้อกำหนดการใช้กิฟต์การ์ด”) จะมีผลบังคับใช้ในวันที่ 25 เมษายน 2561 การเข้าใช้งาน ฮังกรี้ฮับตั้งแต่หรือหลังจากวันที่ 25 เมษายน2561 จะถือว่าท่านได้อ่านและยอมรับข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้แล้ว

ฮังกรี้ฮับกิฟต์การ์ด (ซึ่งต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “กิฟต์การ์ด”) เป็นกิฟต์การ์ดที่ผู้ซื้อสามารถทำการซื้อผ่านฮังกรี้ฮับเพื่อมอบให้ผู้รับแทนของขวัญ สำหรับการจองและไปทานที่ร้านอาหารที่เข้าร่วมกับฮังกรี้ฮับและใช้กิฟต์การ์ดแทนรูปแบบการชำระของเงินสด

ผู้ซื้อฮังกรี้ฮับกิฟต์การ์ด (ต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “ผู้ซื้อ”) คือลูกค้าที่ได้ทำการซื้อกิฟต์การ์ดกับฮังกรี้ฮับ

ผู้รับ คือผู้ที่ผู้ซื้อต้องการมอบหรือให้กิฟต์การ์ด (ต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “ผู้รับ”) ผู้รับจำเป็นจะต้องลงทะเบียนกับฮังกรี้ฮับก่อนที่จะทำการแลกใช้กิฟต์การ์ด

ผู้ซื้อจำเป็นจะต้องอ่านและยอมรับในเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงด้านล่างที่เกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดของกิฟต์การ์ด ฮังกรี้ฮับอาจมีการแก้ไขข้อกำหนดการใช้กิฟต์การ์ด ผู้ซื้อยอมรับและมีหน้าที่ที่จะต้องคอยตรวจสอบข้อกำหนดการใช้กิฟต์การ์ดอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เมื่อผู้ซื้อส่งแบบฟอร์มการสั่งซื้อกิฟต์การ์ดถึงฮังกรี้ฮับแล้ว ถือว่าผู้ซื้อได้อ่านและยอมรับข้อกำหนดการใช้กิฟต์การ์ดแล้ว

• ฮังกรี้ฮับขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกกิฟต์การ์ด หรือเปลื่ยนแปลงแก้ไขข้อกำหนดของกิฟต์การ์ด ข้อกำหนดอื่นๆ สิทธิพิเศษ ทั้งหมดหรือส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และจะไม่รับผิดชอบกับความเสียหายใดๆ ถึงแม้การเปลี่ยนแปลงเหล่านั้นจะเกิดขึ้นหลังจากที่มีการขายกิฟต์การ์ดแล้วก็ตาม ฮังกรี้ฮับขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเพิกถอน ปรับเปลี่ยน หรือยกเลิกจำนวนของร้านอาหารที่เข้าร่วมในเงื่อนไขของการใช้กิฟต์การ์ด การตัดสินของฮังกรี้ฮับไม่ว่าจะทั้งในเรื่องการออกกิฟต์การ์ดหรือการใช้กิฟต์การ์ดใดๆถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด 
• หากผู้รับไม่สามารถไปทานอาหารตามเวลาที่ได้จองไว้หรือไม่สามารถยกเลิกการจองโต๊ะต่ำกว่า 30 นาทีก่อนเวลาการจอง ฮังกรี้ฮับจะทำการส่งอีเมลไปให้รับทราบว่า ผู้รับถูกระบบบันทึกไว้ในสถานะ ไม่แสดงตัว
• กิฟต์การ์ดสามารถใช้ได้ตามข้อมูลของร้านอาหาร แพ๊กเกจและราคา จำนวนคน ที่ระบุอยู่บนอีเมลเท่านั้น
• หากร้านอาหารหรือแพ็กเกจที่เลือกไว้ได้หมดอายุหรือสิ้นสุดลง เมื่อผู้รับต้องการจะทำการใช้กิฟต์การ์ด ผู้รับมีสิทธิ์ 1 ครั้งในการเปลี่ยนแปลงร้านอาหาร แพ็กเกจ หรือจำนวนคนของกิฟต์การ์ด โดยจำเป็นต้องติดต่อโดยตรงผ่านฮังกรี้ฮับ ซึ่งผู้รับจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบกับค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมหากมีมูลค่าเกินกว่ากิฟต์การ์ดที่ผู้รับได้รับ
• คำถามหรือข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับการออกหรือการใช้กิฟต์การ์ดจะต้องสอบถามทางอีเมลภายใน 14 วันหลังจากวันที่ออกกิฟต์การ์ดหรือวันที่จองโต๊ะเพื่อใช้กิฟต์การ์ดเพื่อให้ทางฮังกรี้ฮับตรวจสอบต่อไป
• ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเกี่ยวกับกิ๊ฟการ์ดเหล่านี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของและอ้างอิงถึงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขทั่วไปของฮังกรี้ฮับ
• ทุกการใช้กิฟต์การ์ดเมื่อดำเนินการแล้วไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้
• กิฟต์การ์ดสามารถใช้ได้เมื่อมีการจองที่ยืนยันแล้วจากร้านอาหารที่เข้าร่วมกับฮังกรี้ฮับเท่านั้น
• กิฟต์การ์ดมีอายุ 60 วันนับจากวันที่ออก
• การจองที่ใช้กิฟต์การ์ดจะต้องจองก่อนไปทานล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วัน
• กิฟต์การ์ดไม่สามารถแลกคืนหรือเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้
• ฮังกรี้ฮับจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการใช้งานกิฟต์การ์ดใดๆที่เกิดขึ้นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้ซื้อ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นความสูญเสียจากการสูญหาย ถูกขโมย หรือการถูกทำลายของอีเมลยืนยันกิฟต์การ์ด
• ฮังกรี้ฮับขอสงวนสิทธิ์ขาดในดุลยพินิจในการเพิกถอน จำกัด เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยกเลิกส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดหรือทั้งหมด ในข้อกำหนดและการใช้งานของกิฟต์การ์ดโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
• ผู้รับจะไม่ได้คะแนนสะสม Hungry Points จากการจองใดๆที่ได้เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้กิฟต์การ์ด
