Payment Process for Dine-in Bookings

For bookings made through the system without prepayment, customers can dine and pay directly at the restaurant. Payment can be made with cash or credit card, depending on the restaurant's policy. However, if your booking uses a discount (promo code) or a referral code, you will need to make a prepayment or Prepayment before the booking is confirmed.

Payment Methods for Delivery Bookings and Bookings with Prepayment via the Hungry Hub System

Currently, the Thai QR Payment service can accept payments via Mobile Banking from foreign banks. The list of countries currently supported is as follows:
1. Malaysia
2. Singapore
3. Cambodia
4. Indonesia
5. Vietnam

Child Pricing Policy in Hungry Hub Packages
(For All You Can Eat, Party Pack, and Xperience packages)

1. All You Can Eat:
   • Children under 90 cm in height eat for free.
   • Children between 90 cm - 120 cm in height receive a 50% discount on the adult price.
   • Children over 120 cm in height are considered adults and must pay the full adult price.
2. Party Pack:
   • There is no child pricing for Party Packs.
   • Customers must order food for children from the a la carte menu directly at the restaurant.
   • The price for children's meals will be calculated according to the restaurant's menu and will not be included in the Party Pack package.
3. Xperience:
   • Hungry Hub does not have child pricing for Xperience packages.
   • If you require an extra bed or meals for children, please contact the hotel directly for more information and additional services.
   • Payment for additional services or children's meals must be made directly to the hotel, separate from the booking through Hungry Hub.

Please note that child prices and additional services may vary according to the policies of each restaurant or hotel. It is recommended to check the terms and conditions of the venue before making a booking.

Currently, Hungry Hub offers a prepayment option as a new choice for customers and partner merchants of Hungry Hub. This feature makes it easier for customers to make prepaid bookings, even if they are not the ones using the service. For example, they can pay for a friend or family member to use the service, and the customer can expect to receive points within 24 hours of a successful booking. For restaurants, this feature helps prevent customer cancellations, as prepaid bookings are non-cancellable.

How to select the prepayment feature
After you have selected the package, date, and time, the system will display the payment page, and the prepayment option will be shown at the bottom as pictured.



The 4 types of prepayment options are:

1. Pay now when this package requires prepayment.
2. Prepay when using discounts and gift cards.
3. Prepay when this package requires a deposit.
4. Pay now when the customer selects the Pay now feature.
