  • Restaurants/hotels that require tax invoice requests through Hungry Hub: For restaurants in this group, customers must contact Hungry Hub's customer service after booking and before going to the restaurant or hotel to request a form for filling out tax invoice information. After receiving the complete information, Hungry Hub will coordinate with the restaurant or hotel to issue a retroactive tax invoice.

Steps to request a tax invoice through Hungry Hub:
  1. Contact Hungry Hub customer service via the website or application.
  2. Provide the Booking ID along with necessary information such as the recipient's name for the tax invoice, address, and tax identification number (if any).
  3. Hungry Hub will send a link to a form for filling out the information and will proceed to issue the tax invoice in coordination with the restaurant or hotel.

Terms and conditions for receiving promotions and special offers from Hungry Hub

Promotions and special offers appearing on our website are exclusive to Hungry Hub customers only. These promotions can only be used when booking in advance through the Hungry Hub application or website. If customers walk in to use the service without booking in advance or by booking directly with the restaurant, they will not be eligible for this special privilege.

How to edit a profile in Hungry Hub
  1. Hungry Hub users can only edit their own profile picture directly through the application or website. Other profile information, such as name, email, or contact number, cannot be edited by the user themselves.

About Gift Cards
  1. What is a Hungry Hub Gift Card?

    A Hungry Hub Gift Card is a discount card that can be used as cash. Customers can purchase it through the Hungry Hub application or website and can forward it to friends or family to use as a discount for booking restaurants, hotels, or ordering food delivery. Customers can use the Gift Card as a discount during the booking process. The Gift Card is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

    Note:
    • Gift Cards with a value of less than 1,000 Baht can be used only once (Single Use).
    • Gift Cards with a value of 1,000 Baht or more can be used multiple times (Deductible) until the balance is depleted or it expires.

Steps to purchase a Gift Card:

  1. Select or specify the amount of the Gift Card

  3. Make a payment
    • Choose a convenient payment method, such as "Debit/Credit Card" or "QR Payment".
  4. Receive the Gift Card via email
    • After successful payment, the system will send a confirmation email with the Gift Card code to the email address provided by the customer.

How to Use a Gift Card

  1. Receive the Gift Card code
    • Customers will receive a Gift Card code from purchasing a Gift Card or receiving it as a gift from others.
  2. Merchants where the Gift Card can be used
    • The Gift Card can only be used at participating restaurants or merchants. Restaurants that accept Gift Cards will have a special symbol displayed.
  3. Redeem the Gift Card as cash
    • Customers can enter the Gift Card code received via email and apply the discount during the booking process on the Hungry Hub application or website.
  4. Pay the difference (if any)
    • If the booking amount is greater than the value on the Gift Card, the customer must pay the remaining difference through the specified payment channels to confirm the booking.
  5. Use the remaining balance on the Gift Card
    • If the Gift Card has a remaining balance after a booking, the customer can use this balance as a discount on subsequent bookings.
      Note: Gift Cards with a value of less than 1,000 Baht can only be used once.
  6. Use more than one Gift Card per booking
    • Customers can use more than one Gift Card per booking.
  7. Bookings using a Gift Card
    • Bookings paid for with a Gift Card cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.

    • Restaurants have the right to change promotions without prior notice.
  9. Hungry Hub's rights
    • Hungry Hub reserves the right to change the terms of use for Gift Cards without prior notice, and in case of a dispute, the company's decision is final.

Please read the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out below carefully before making any bookings from this Website. By making any bookings from this Website, by phone, by instant messaging, or by our mobile applications you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Hungry Hub General Terms and Conditions

Hungry Hub is provided as a service of AppServation Co., Ltd. For the purposes here of, Hungry Hub and AppServation Co., Ltd. are collectively referred to as the “Company”.

The WebSite(s) are offered to you conditional on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Hungry Hub WebSites constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. For the purposes here of, Hungry Hub WebSites(s) and mobile applications are collectively referred to as the “WebSite”.

The WebSite is protected by appropriate security measures. Access to and use is restricted to Authorised Users only. Any attempt to use the system in a manner not authorised or any attempt to alter, destroy or damage any Information contained within it may constitute a breach of the provisions of computer act and/or legislation and shall leave the User liable to both criminal and civil proceedings. It is strictly forbidden to attempt to access the system using any third party’s log in identity. Anyone using the System consents to active monitoring for security policy compliance purposes.

All users, whether a Customer, Restaurant Partner, 3rd Party Restaurant or any other party, of the Websites (each, a “User”), including, but not limited to, vendors who request an Account (“Account” or “Accounts”) are subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and conditions”) and the privacy policy located at Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”).

The Company reserves the right to update and change the Terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy from time to time without notice. Any features added to the current Accounts, including the release of new and updated features (the “Changes”), shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of an Account after any Changes shall constitute consent to such Changes.

2. General Terms of Service

The Company provides an online web application for restaurant owners who have agreed and signed a Partner Service Agreement with the Company (each, a “Restaurant Partner”) to manage bookings, seat allotment, customer contact information, reviews from a web-enabled device and to provide restaurant consumers (each, a “Customer”) with a fast, friendly way to search and book tables from a web-enabled device. The Company does not sell any products and is not a party to any transaction or any agreement a Customer may make with a Restaurant Partner with regard to any food, product or service offered by such Restaurant Partner other than stated on the WebSite.

2.1 Booking a table By making a booking through the WebSite, a Customer enters into an agreement with Hungry Hub with respect to booking a table with a Restaurant Partner. The Restaurant Partner remains responsible for food, products or services including, without limitation, any price, promotions, programs, policies, services, or other information as posted on the WebSites.

When a booking for a table at a Restaurant Partner is confirmed, a Customer will receive a booking confirmation with a booking ID and booking details via the email address and an SMS via the mobile number the Customer provided to Hungry Hub. The Customer must inform Hungry Hub immediately if any details of the booking confirmation are incorrect. Any messages from Hungry Hub or the Restaurant Partner to the Customer without a valid booking ID cannot be used as a booking confirmation.

Any bookings made through the WebSites less than the minimum advance booking time set by the Restaurant Partner (“Last-minute Bookings”) are not guaranteed and the confirmation of Last-minute Bookings is at the Restaurant Partner’s sole discretion.

Customer is required to present a booking ID upon arriving at the restaurant. In the case that a Customer fails to present a valid booking ID, the Restaurant Partner has no obligation in providing the Customer seats at the restaurant.

Customer may modify the booking details up to 30 minutes before the booking time. The booking modification is subject to seat availability. By confirming the booking modification, the Customer accepts any changes, including, but not limited to changes in menu, price, restaurant details, which may have occurred during the time of the original booking and the modification. For the booking with prepayment or changes is non-refundable.

Booking confirmation made through the WebSites is intended for Customer’s use only and the Customer warrants that any bookings made by the Customer are not for resale and that the Customer is acting as principal only and not as agent for another party when receiving the services.

Customer agrees to take particular care when providing Hungry Hub with his/her details and warrants that these details are accurate and complete at the time of booking. The Customer also warrants that the credit or debit card details provided is for his/her own credit or debit card and that it has sufficient funds to make the payment.

Hungry Hub reserves the right to alter the services available for booking on the WebSites and to stop listing Restaurant Partners or services.

Hungry Hub may send email or SMS confirmations to confirm or follow up on bookings or to request a review or follow up feedback.

Kids taller than 130 cm are counted as adults.

2.2 Prices and Payment

All prices listed on the WebSites are correct at the time of publication; however, Hungry Hub reserves the right to alter these in the future. Prices are inclusive of the relevant VAT and service charges, unless otherwise stated.

The prices listed on the WebSites are promotional price exclusive for the Customers. The price the Customer will pay is guaranteed to the booking ID. The full payment of the price will be made to the Restaurant Partners directly at the time of dining, unless otherwise stated.

Some Restaurant Partners may require a credit or debit card number to finalise the booking as a guarantee. In order to use the booking services for these Restaurant Partners, a Customer must provide valid credit or debit card information. To confirm that the credit or debit card information the Customer provided is accurate, Hungry Hub may place a temporary authorisation on that credit or debit card at the time it was provided to Hungry Hub.

2.3 Cancellation and No show policy

Hungry Hub is committed to providing superior quality services to Users and in order to assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of service for the Restaurant Partners and Customers, a Customer must cancel any bookings that they will be unable to honour at least 30 minutes in advance of the booking time. For bookings with prepayment, refund is not allowed under any circumstance.

If a Customer is unable to keep his/her booking and he/she fails to cancel at least 30 minutes in advance of the booking time, Hungry Hub will send the Customer an email letting him/her know that our records indicate that the Customer was a no-show. By using the booking services, the Customer agrees to receive no-show notifications by email after a report that his/her booking was not honoured, whether or not that was in fact the case. The Customer agrees that all final no-show determinations will be made by Hungry Hub in its sole discretion. Any pre-payments of the bookings failed to cancel 30 minutes in advance of the booking time is also non-refundable.

2.4 Hungry Point

Customer may be able to participate in Hungry Hub’s Customer rewards program (“Hungry Point”). Participation is subject to the Hungry Point Terms and Conditions.

2.5 Additional terms

The Company does not have and will not assume any responsibility for, or liability related to, any food, products and services offered, sold or provided by the Restaurant Partner, that differ from the information listed on the WebSites. Customers should direct any questions, complaints or claims related to such food, product or service to the appropriate Restaurant Partner.

The Company does not warrant that products or descriptions, or any other content of the WebSites is available at the booking time. Restaurant Partner must ensure that the listed food, product or service on the WebSites are available at the booking time. In the case of ingredient shortage, an appropriate replacement menu is to be offered to the Customer and the Restaurant Partner may inform the Customer prior to the booking time.

The Company is not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions with respect to the information or the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof, for any damage arising therefrom or occurred thereby, or for the results obtained from the use of the information. The Company is not liable for any acts or omission of acts of any Restaurants.

The Company assumes no liability, obligation or responsibility in connection with any transactions between a Customer and a Restaurant Partner, concluding, but not limited to, failure by either party to keep a booking, a Restaurant Partner’s knowledge (or lack thereof) of any Customer’s food allergies, injuries and/or damages sustained or caused by a Customer at a Restaurant, a Customer’s or any employee’s behaviour at a Restaurant Partner or the quality of the food, service and products at a Restaurant. If a Customer has a dispute with a Restaurant or any third party, all parties release the Company (and its agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such dispute.

Any information on the WebSites can change without notice.

3. Terms of Service for 3rd Party Restaurants

The Company provides an online web application for restaurant owners who have agreed and signed a 3rd party restaurant service agreement with the Company (each, a “3rd Party Restaurant”) to manage bookings, seat allotment customer contact information, reviews from a web-enabled device and to provide restaurant consumers (each, a “Customer”) with a fast, friendly way to search and book tables from a web-enabled device. The Company does not sell any products and is not a party to any transaction or any agreement a Customer may make with a 3rd Party Restaurant with regard to any food, product or service offered by such 3rd Party Restaurant.

The Company does not sell, license or endorse any of the 3rd Party Restaurants participating or listed on the WebSites and does not act as an agent of sale or an agent of any merchant or provider of food, products or services. The Company does not have and will not assume any responsibility for, or liability related to, any food, products and services offered, sold or provided by the 3rd Party Restaurant or listed on the WebSites. Customer should direct any questions, complaints or claims related to any food, product or service to the appropriate 3rd Party Restaurant.

The Company does not warrant that products or descriptions, or any other content of the WebSites is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. WebSite content is provided for informational purposes only and the Company shall have no liability for inaccuracy or incompleteness in product or service content, user ratings or commentary, or other content on the WebSites. The Company is not responsible or liable for any food, products, services, information or other materials displayed, purchased, or obtained by a Customer from the 3rd Party Restaurant or the WebSites. The Company does not endorse, warrant or guarantee the food, products or services of any 3rd Party Restaurant, including, without limitation, any seat availability, prices, promotions, programs, policies, services, or other information posted by any 3rd Party Restaurant.

The Company is not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions with respect to the information or the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof, for any damage arising therefrom or occasioned thereby, or for the results obtained from the use of the information. The Company is not liable for any acts or omission of acts of Hungry Hub or any 3rd Party Restaurant on the WebSites. Customer accepts the entire risk as to the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, currency, validity and quality of any information relating to the food, products or services provided to Customer by a 3rd Party Restaurant.

By making a booking for a table at any 3rd Party Restaurant through the WebSite, a Customer enters into an agreement with a 3rd Party Restaurant. The 3rd Party Restaurant remains responsible for seat allocation, food, products or services including, without limitation, any availability, price, promotions, programs, policies, services, or other information.

Customer will receive a booking confirmation with a booking ID and booking details via the email address the Customer provided at the time of booking. The Customer must inform 3rd Party Restaurant immediately if any details of the booking confirmation are incorrect. Customer may modify the booking details up to 30 minutes before the booking time. The booking modification is subject to seat availability. By confirming the booking modification, the Customer accepts any changes, including, but not limited to changes in menu, price, restaurant details, which may have occurred during the time of the original booking and the modification. The Customer will receive a booking update with a new booking ID.

Hungry Hub reserves the right to alter the services available for booking on the WebSites and to stop listing 3rd Party Restaurant or services. Hungry Hub may send email or SMS confirmations to confirm or follow up on bookings or to request a review or follow up feedback.

Customer must cancel any bookings that they will be unable to honour at least 30 minutes in advance of the booking time. The Customer may cancel his/her booking via the WebSites or by calling the 3rd Party Restaurant directly. Any pre-payments required to finalise the booking with a 3rd Party Restaurant is non-refundable and any issues regarding this should be dealt with the 3rd Party Restaurant directly.

4. Account Terms

To access certain functions of the WebSites, Users must register as a unique User by providing certain current, complete, and accurate information about themselves. As part of the registration process, the User will select a password and provide a valid email address as a Username. The User also has to give Hungry Hub certain registration information, all of which must be accurate and updated. The User may not (i) select or use a Username of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use a Username in which another person has rights without such person’s authorisation; or (iii) use a Username that the Company, in its sole discretion, deems offensive. Failure to provide any requested information may delay or prevent the creation of an Account. The User represents that: (a) the information you submit is truthful and accurate and that the User has not misrepresented his/her identity; (b) the User will update his/her contact information if it changes; (c) the User’s usage of the WebSites and his/her use of services available on the WebSites do not violate any applicable law or regulation; (d) the User is 12 years of age or older. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of the User’s Account. The User shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her password.

Users shall notify the Company of any known or suspected unauthorised use(s) of their Account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorised disclosure of their password or other information.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their password. The Company is not liable for any loss that they may suffer through the use of their password by others. The Users agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorised use of their Account or of any other breach of security known to them with respect to the WebSites or their Account. The Users agree to report any violations of this Agreement by others to the Company.

Users are responsible for all usage or activity on their Account, including use of the account by any third party authorised by them to use their Username and password. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of their account, at the Company’s sole discretion, and the Company may refer them to appropriate law enforcement agencies. Accounts may be issued to individuals who are 12 years of age or older, who are not under any legal disability and who agree to abide by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Accounts not meeting these requirements will be terminated. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted and will be deleted.

Hungry Hub services may permit Users to submit reviews, comments, and ratings, send emails and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information for publication and distribution to restaurants and other third parties (“User Content”). Any such User Content must not be illegal, threatening, obscene, racist, defamatory, libellous, pornographic, infringing of intellectual property rights, promoting of illegal activity or harm to groups and/or individuals, invasive of privacy, purposely false or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and must not consist of or contain software, computer viruses, commercial solicitation, political campaigning, chain letters, mass mailings, any form of “spam” or references to illegal activity, malpractice, purposeful overcharging, false advertising or health code violations. Customers may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of User Content. Hungry Hub reserves the right (but has no obligation) to monitor, remove, or edit User Content in Hungry Hub’s sole discretion, including if User Content violates any Hungry Hub Policies, but please note that Hungry Hub may or may not regularly review submitted User Content. Hungry Hub takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content submitted by any User or third party.

5. Links to Other Websites

The WebSites may provide links to third-party web sites (“Third-Party Websites”). This Terms of Service Agreement governs only these WebSites and not any Third-Party Websites. The Company’s decision to link to a Third-Party Website is not an endorsement of the content or services in that linked Third-Party Website. The Company may not own or operate the Third-Party Website, and it has not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, including goods or services, made available through Third-Party Websites. The Company expressly disclaims any responsibility for the content, the accuracy of the information and any products or services available on the Third-Party Websites. If the Customer decides to access linked Third-Party Websites, the Customer does so at their own risk.

The Company reserves the right and the Users agree that any information in an Account designated as “Public” may be used by the Company for promotional uses. External search engines may also index such Public information.

Use of an Account does not grant a User a license to any software contained in, or used by, the Account. Users agree not to, directly or indirectly: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code, or underlying structure, ideas, or algorithms of, or found at, or through, the Account or any software, documentation, or data related to the Account: remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Account or any Software, modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Account or any Software; or copy, distribute, pledge, assign, or otherwise transfer or encumber rights to the Account or any Software. The Account shall be used for a User’s business or personal purposes only, as the case may be, and a User shall not use the Account or any Software for timesharing or service bureau purposes or otherwise for the benefit of a third party. If a User is using the Account in any country in the European Community, the prohibition against modifying, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or creating derivative works based on the Services or the Software does not affect a User’s rights under any legislation implementing the E.C. Council Directive on the Legal Protection of Computer Programs.

6. Portals/Restaurant Directories

Hungry Hub is happy to provide its booking API to directories and portals to enable real time bookings into Hungry Hub Restaurant Accounts, on the understanding that such directory or portal partners never place their or any affiliate company or entity’s version of a branded widget or API interface on a restaurant’s own website, in which case access to the Hungry Hub booking API may be withdrawn at Hungry Hub’s absolute discretion.

All branded widgets and API’s using the Hungry Hub widget or API must be branded as “Powered by Hungry Hub”

Hungry Hub may provide its partners with API access/widgets to Restaurant Accounts in instances where the partner acts as a complimentary booking channel. The same applies for partners that offer a complimentary trial period in their offering. Once the trial period has ended, Restaurant Accounts that would like to continue receiving booking from the partner, will have the opportunity to do so by instructing the partner directly or by contacting Hungry Hub. If the latter has not been instructed, Restaurant Accounts will be automatically removed from the partners website/portal once the trial has ended.

7. Intellectual Property

The Users acknowledge and agree that any and all Company or Restaurant Partner names and logos related to the Account and the Company or Restaurant and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans, are the property of the Company, the Restaurant Partner or their affiliates or suppliers, as the case may be (collectively, the “Marks”). By agreeing to these Terms of Service, the Users agree not to use any of the Marks in any advertising, publicity or any other commercial manner without the prior written consent of the Company or the applicable Restaurant Partner. The Users have no title or ownership in the account, the Software or the Marks (other than their own Marks) and no other rights in the Account, the Software or the Marks. All ownership rights remain in the Company, the Restaurant Partner or their third party suppliers, as the case may be. The Users agree to comply with all intellectual property laws and shall not encumber any interest, in, or assert any rights to, the Marks (other than their own). The User may not reverse engineer, reverse assemble, decompile or disassemble, reproduce, modify, transmit, participate in the sale or transfer of, or create derivative works based on any marks, in whole or in part.

By registering for an Account, each Restaurant Partner agrees and grants the Company the right to use for these WebSites and other related purposes, all images, menus, logos, content and other information that may be found of the Restaurant’s own web sites.

8. Termination

The Company, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate any User’s Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Account, or any other service of the Company, at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms of Service. Such a termination of a User’s Account will result in the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in said Account.

Users may cancel their Accounts at any time by submitting a request in writing to support@hungryhub.com Thirty (30) days notice is required when canceling.

9. Indemnification

All Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, and service providers unaccountable from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of a User’s use of the Sites, the User’s violation of this Agreement, or the User’s infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person’s entity. Even though prohibited, people may provide information that is offensive, false, harmful, or deceptive. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for such content or actions.

10. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DEATH, LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING ANY SOFTWARE, MATERIALS, CONTENT, FOOD, PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES PROVIDED OR USE OR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THIS SITE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO EVALUATE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF THIS SITE AND THE RESOURCES, MATERIALS, CONTENT AND SOFTWARE PROVIDED THEREIN. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR NEGLIGENCE, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES, IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THIS WEBSITE IS TO STOP USING THIS WEBSITE.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THIS SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. The Users expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute food, goods and services resulting from any food, goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of the Users’ transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) termination of the Users’ Accounts; or (vi) any other matter relating to the Accounts. In the event of notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company is found liable to a User for damages from any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise), the liability of the Company to the User will be limited to the amount that the User paid for his/her/its Account.

12. Additional Conditions

​The User agrees that their use of the Accounts is at their sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

The User must not modify, adapt or hack the Accounts or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Accounts, the Company, or any other Company service. ​

The User agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Accounts, use of the Accounts, or access to the Accounts without the express written permission of the Company.

​The Company may, but have no obligation to, remove content, and Accounts containing content, that it determines in its sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any intellectual property rights or these Terms of Service. ​

Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Company customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate Account termination. ​

The User understands that the technical processing and transmission of the Accounts, including their content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. ​

The User must not upload, post, host, or transmit unsolicited email, SMSs, or “spam” messages. ​

The User must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. ​

The Company does not warrant that (i) the Accounts will meet the User’s specific requirements, (ii) the Accounts will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Accounts will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any food, products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by the Users through the Site will meet their expectations, and (v) any errors in the Accounts will be corrected. ​

The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between the Users and the Company and govern the use of the Accounts, superseding any prior agreements between the Users and the Company (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

​Unless otherwise provided, the Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand without effect to its conflict of laws provisions.

​Claims, disputes or other matters in question between the parties to the Terms of Service arising out of or relating to the Terms of Service or breach thereof shall be subject to and decided by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Kingdom of Thailand Court currently in effect unless the parties mutually agree otherwise. No arbitration arising out of or relating to the Terms of Service shall include, by consolidation, joinder or in any other manner, an additional person or entity not a party to the Terms of Service, except by written consent of the Users, the Company and any other person or entity sought to be joined. Consent to arbitration involving an additional person or entity shall not constitute consent to arbitration of any claim, dispute or other matter in question not described in the written consent. The agreement to arbitrate shall be specifically enforceable in accordance with applicable law in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The award rendered by the arbitrator or arbitrators shall be binding and final, and judgment may be entered upon it in accordance with applicable law in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The parties agree that in the event any such dispute proceeds to arbitration, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover, as part of the arbitration award, its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in the arbitration, at the discretion of the arbitrator. Said arbitration shall be held in Lithuania unless a different location is agreed to in writing by all parties. ​

If any term of the Terms of Service is deemed unenforceable or invalid by a tribunal with valid jurisdiction then the finding of unenforceability or invalidity of that part shall not affect the remaining portions of the Terms of Service which shall remain in fall force and effect. ​

The Terms of Service and all of its terms and provisions are binding upon the heirs and personal representatives of the Users and the successors and assignees of the Company; provided, however, no assignment by the Users of their rights and/or interests in and to these Terms of Service shall be permitted without the prior written consent of the Company. ​

Privacy Policy

Hungry Hub

Appservation Company Limited (Thailand) and Hungry Hub Pte. Limited (Singapore) (the "Company") are the owner and the developer of Hungry Hub (the "Platform"). By signing up and registering to be the user to use the service of the Platform ("User"), the User acknowledges and understands that the Company would need to process the personally identifiable information (the "PII") of such particular User. Thus, the Company announces this Privacy Policy to notify the User of the rights and obligations as well as the conditions for the collection, use, process and disclosure of the User's PII.

This Privacy Policy is only applicable to the use of the Platform and shall not apply to the PII process undertaken by other application or website developed and operated by any other third-party that the Company does not have any control over (the "Third Party") that being displayed or connected to the Platform. The User understand and agree that the User shall study and agree on the privacy policy announced by those Third Party that are separated from this Privacy Policy.

If the User does not accept this Privacy Policy and any amendment thereof, the Company reserves the rights to refrain from providing any services to those Users since the processing of the PII defined hereunder are critical for the provisions of the Platform Services by the Company to the User. By continuing to use the Platform, the relevant User shall be deemed to always accept and agree to the Privacy Policy.

The Company may amend or revise this Privacy Policy at any time to assure the compliance with the relevant laws and regulations and to assure the updates in the Platform at any time; provided that the Company will communicate the amendments or revisions made on the Platform and the amendment or revisions shall become effective once communicating on the Platform.

PII being Processed by the Company for the performance of the Platform

In order to perform the required services and features defined on the Platform, the Company would need to collect and process the following PII from the User:

  • Directly Identifiable PII, including without limitation name, age, nationality and date of birth
  • Contact information, including without limitation, address, phone number, and e-mail address
  • Payment information, including without limitation the payment transaction, bank account information and credit card information
  • Platform transactional data, including without limitation username, password, transaction number and history that the User transact on the Platform, including the gathered preference and interest from the Platform transactional behavior
  • Technical PII, including without limitation the IP address number, the Platform usage, setting, and web browser connection that have been connected to the Platform.
  • Images, including without limitation Profile images, Images for Review

Objectives for PII Process

  • The Company would need to collect, restore and use the PII of the User in order to perform any services or features of the Platform as defined under the Terms of Use, including without limitation (i) to verify the identity and eligibility of the User; (ii) to monitor the transaction undertaken on the Platform executed by the User; (iii) to contact the relevant User; and (iv) to display the relevant PII on the Platform interface in accordance with the scope of services provided under the Terms of User / Terms of Services;
  • The Company would need to collect and analyze the PII of the User in order to assess the User’s interest with an aim to provide customized and personalized privileges or service that would meet your interest and preference and to improve our customer’s experience with each relevant User;
  • The Company would need to collect and restore the User’s PII in order to assure the appropriate after-sale service provided by the Company in various forms, including the satisfaction survey or the support and complaint redress function;
  • The User would need to collect and restore the User’s PII as obliged under the applicable laws and regulations, for instance, for the withholding tax payment purpose.

The Company would need to collect and store the PII of each relevant User for the defined purposes for as long as the User is still the registered User on the Platform and for up to 10 (ten) years after the User termination, except the relevant laws and regulations defined otherwise. The storage of the PII after the User termination would be necessary for the legitimate interest of the Company in the legal proceedings that the Company may have against the relevant User.

Disclosure of the PII

In order to assure the performance of the Platform as committed, the Company may need to disclose the User’s PII in the following circumstances:

  • To disclose the User’s PII to the outsourced service providers engaged in the performing direct service to the Platform, including without limitation the advisors and auditors as well as the logistic service provider; provided that the Company shall only disclose the User’s PII to the relevant recipient strictly on the need to know basis in strict compliance with the defined objectives for PII process defined;
  • To disclose the User’s PII in the usage of the storage service on Computer System Amazon AWS;
  • To disclose the User’ PII to third party in the legal proceedings to protect the Company’s legitimate rights or to detect and prevent any fraud on the Platform; provided that such disclosure shall be done on the limited and specific purposes as defined.
  • In case that the Company is obliged under the applicable laws, court judgment or administrative order to disclose any PII of any particular users, the Company would need to do so only on the necessary basis.

What are Cookies that the Company is using on the Platform?

Cookies are text files stored on the User’s computer browser directory or program data subfolder in order to keep data log of the User’s internet usage and the User’s behavior or interaction on the Platform. For the performance of the Platform, the Company need to use various types of Cookies for various purposes as defined below:

  • Functionality Cookies: being used to record information about choices the User have made in the Platform such as personal settings, languages, and fonts so this would allows the Company to tailor our Platform features that would match the User’s preference setting;
  • Advertising Cookies: being used to record the User’s on-site behavior and history of the Platform visited and this would allow the Company to provide the User the services and products that suit the User’s preferences and to assess the success of each function of the Platform.
  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: are essential for the User to browse the Platform and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the Platform.

Even though the use of Cookies would enhance the performance in providing services in any features of the Platform to the User, the User shall be entitled to disable the Cookies setting on the User’s browser at their own will; provided that the User shall acknowledge that the Cookies-disabled setting may impact the efficiency and the performance of the Platform as defined in details for each type of Cookies above.

Representation on the Privacy Security

The Company represents and guarantees that the Company shall use the most appropriate security measures to prevent the unauthorized access, amendment or disclosure of the PII in any form or in any circumstance by either internal or external persons and the Company commits to review those measures on the regular basis with the strong commitment to use the best industrial practice and to be in strict compliance with the applicable laws.

Data Subject Rights

The Company acknowledges and accepts the User’s rights as the data subject over their PII as defined under the applicable laws that include the following rights:

  • Right to access; to request for the copy of all the PII; and to rectify or update their own PII;
  • Right to request for the PII that the Company has processed in the readable forms by the tools or automatic mechanics and to request for the data portability to other data controller;
  • Right to object to the PII process being undertaken;
  • Right to request for the erasure or de-identification of any PII that does not have any necessary basis to process, i.e. after the consent withdrawal;
  • Right to request for the PII process suspension in case that request for erasure is being exercised or when such PII is not necessary;
  • Right to withdraw consent that has been given for the PII process for specific purpose.

From 1 June 2022, if you have a Hungry Hub account, you may also opt-out of marketing emails. Please note that even if you opt-out of receiving marketing communications from one or all of our Services, we will still send you service-related communications, such as confirmations of any future bookings you make.

The User can contact the Company in order to make the request to exercise any defined rights through the defined channel without any charge and the Company will consider and notify the User of the Company’s determination within 30 days after the receipt of the User’s valid request.

Hungry Point T&C

Hungry Point Terms and Conditions

Hungry Hub Registered Customer (the “Registered Customer”) is a customer who has registered an account with Hungry Hub Website(s).

It is a Registered Customer’s responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions regarding Hungry Point Terms, outlined below. Hungry Hub may update or revise these Hungry Point Terms from time to time. Registered Customer agrees that he/she will review these Hungry Point Terms periodically. Registered Customer is free to decide whether or not to accept the modified version of these Hungry Point Terms. Note that accepting these Hungry Point Terms, as modified, is required for the Registered Customer to continue using the content, features, and services (the “Services”) made available by Hungry Hub. Registered Customer has to click “accept” or “agree” to show his/her acceptance of any modified version of these Hungry Point Terms. If he/she does not agree to these Hungry Point Terms or any modified version of these Hungry Point Terms, he/she must terminate his/her use of the Services, in which he/she will no longer have access to his/her Hungry Hub account.

Hungry Point program (the “Point Program”) is a program that a Registered Customer can collect points (the “Hungry Point”) when they make a booking and dine at a restaurant that can be redeemed for rewards.

Hungry Hub reserves the right to terminate the Point Program, or to change the Point Program Terms, regulations, or benefits of participation, in whole or in part at any time with or without notice, even though the changes may affect the number of Hungry Point already accumulated. Hungry Hub may also withdraw, limit, modify or cancel the number of Hungry Point required for reward redemption or change the number or type of reward offered. Hungry Hub will have final decision should any disputes over Point Program or the awarding of Hungry Point arise.
Hungry Hub reserves the right to terminate any Registered Customers’ account and cancel accrued Hungry Point if Hungry Hub believes, in its sole discretion, that the Registered Customer is abusing the Point Program or misinterpreting any information provided by Hungry Hub.
If a Recipient is unable to keep his/her booking and he/she fails to cancel at least 30 minutes in advance of the booking time, Hungry Hub will send him/her an email letting him/her know that our records indicate that the recipient is a no-show. If a Registered Customer’s account accumulates three (3) no-show bookings within a twelve-month period, Hungry Hub will terminate the Registered Customer’s all accrued Hungry Point.
Should Hungry Hub offers rewards from any partners, Hungry Hub will not be responsible for any partner’s participation in, or, withdrawal from the Point Program.
Hungry Point earned by a member in two or more different accounts cannot be combined to redeem any rewards.
Inquiries regarding Hungry Point in relation to a booking must be submitted via email within 14 days after the date of the booking to be considered for review by Hungry Hub.
These Hungry Point Terms are a part of Hungry Hub General Terms and Conditions and such General Terms and Conditions are incorporated by reference herein.
All redemption of Hungry Point are final.
Hungry Point are only redeemable using a confirmed booking with a Hungry Hub Restaurant Partner and only one redemption per booking is allowed.
The amount of Hungry Point redeemed must not exceed the price per person for All You Can Eat package or the price per booking for Party Pack package.
Resales or transfers of Hungry Point are prohibited.
Hungry Point are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Hungry Hub is not responsible for any Hungry Point used without a Registered Customer’s permission or for any lost, stolen or destroyed Hungry Point amount.
Hungry Hub may add to, withdraw, limit, change, or cancel any or all of the Reward Program options and their applicable terms in its sole discretion without notice.

Additional rules concerning Hungry Point Program

  • Only Registered Customers are eligible in the Point Program to earn Hungry Point.
  • Each booking (marked as arrived) by a Registered Customer will earn the Customer up to 20 Hungry Point unless otherwise stated.
  • Registered Customers will not earn any Hungry Point when a booking is marked as “Cancelled” or “No Show”.
  • Hungry Point can be redeemed by signing into the Registered Customer’s Hungry Hub account on Hungry Hub Website or Hungry Hub Mobile Application.
  • To redeem Hungry Point for the Reward Program, a Registered Customer is required to make a booking.
  • The number of Hungry Point required to be redeemed may vary for different rewards
  • Only Registered Customers and Restaurant Partners are eligible in Point Program.
