What to do upon arriving at the restaurant after booking a Hungry Hub package?

1. Arrive on time: Please arrive at the restaurant at your booked time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your booking may be canceled or you may not be able to use the service.
2. Announce your booking: Upon arrival, inform the staff that you have booked through Hungry Hub and provide your Booking ID that you received after making the reservation.
3. Show booking confirmation: If necessary, you can show your booking confirmation on your mobile phone or a printed copy.
4. Enjoy your meal: Once the staff has confirmed your booking, they will guide you to your seat, and you can start enjoying your meal according to the details in your Hungry Hub package.

What happens if I'm late for my Hungry Hub booking?

If you arrive at the restaurant more than 15 minutes after your booked time, your reservation may be canceled, or you might not be able to use the service. The restaurant may give your table to other customers.

However, if you know in advance that you will be late, you can reschedule your booking yourself through the Hungry Hub website or app. You can adjust the time within the specified timeframe. If you need assistance, you can also contact the restaurant or Hungry Hub's customer service.

After a customer has used the service at a restaurant or hotel, they will receive an SMS message from our system with a link to write a review for that restaurant or hotel. This review link is valid for only 7 days. If the customer does not submit a review before the link expires, they will not be able to review under any circumstances.

If a customer's review is one of the first 5 reviews for a restaurant, they will receive a discount Gift Card (1 card per account, with the value depending on the customer's membership tier). If the customer reviews the same place again, they will not receive this discount.

For example:
User A reviews a restaurant they visited, and it is the first review for that restaurant. They will receive a Gift Card.
User A reviews the same restaurant again, and it is the second review for that restaurant. They will not receive a Gift Card.

Red and Silver tier members receive a 100 Baht Gift Card.
Gold tier members receive a 150 Baht Gift Card.
Platinum tier members receive a 200 Baht Gift Card.
*Gift Cards are valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.

Additionally, you will receive Hungry Points per review according to your membership tier as follows:
Red and Silver tier members receive 5 Hungry Points.
Gold and Platinum tier members receive 10 Hungry Points.

If your review includes at least 3 photos of the food or restaurant atmosphere, you will receive Hungry Points as follows:
Red tier members receive 10 Hungry Points.
Silver tier members receive 15 Hungry Points.
Gold and Platinum tier members receive 20 Hungry Points.
*If a customer includes fewer than 3 photos, they will not receive points for this part.

*Note: The points for a review with photos are inclusive, not additive. For example, a Gold member will receive a total of 20 points for a review with photos, not 20 (for photos) + 10 (for a review) points for that single review.
