Conditions for Using Hungry Points

• Can be used for a maximum discount of 25% of the total payment per booking.
• A maximum of 1,000 Hungry Points can be used per booking.

Note: Bookings using Hungry Points as a discount are non-cancellable and non-refundable. The prepayment will follow the conditions of that specific restaurant. Hungry Hub reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

How to Use Hungry Points

1. Log in or sign up before making a booking to earn and use points as a discount.
2. When making a booking, click on Offers below the total payment amount.
3. Select the Hungry Points tab in the Offers section.
4. Choose the number of Hungry Points you want to use as a discount.
5. Confirm the use of points – 1 Hungry Point equals a 1 Baht discount.

Example Calculation for Using Hungry Points

Example 1:
If you purchase a package worth 54 SGD (approx. 1,390 Baht):

• 54 x 25% = 13.5
  Number of Hungry Points used as a discount = 135 points

Example 2:
If you purchase 5 packages at 54 x 5 = 270 SGD (approx. 5,560 Baht):

• 270 x 25% = 67.5
  Number of Hungry Points used as a discount = 1,000 points (the maximum allowed)

• Bookings using Hungry Points as a discount are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• The system will display a confirmation message before using Hungry Points.
• Hungry Hub reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

A Hungry Hub Referral Code is a referral code that allows current customers to invite friends or family to sign up for Hungry Hub and receive special rewards for both the referrer and the invitee.

How to Use the Hungry Hub Referral Code

1. For the Referrer:
   • Log in to your Hungry Hub account.
   • Go to the "Refer a Friend, Get 150 Points" menu to get your unique referral code.
   • Share the referral code with friends or family.
2. For the Invitee:
   • Sign up for a Hungry Hub account using the Referral Code received from the referrer.
   • Make your first booking through Hungry Hub.

Rewards:

• Referrer: Receives Hungry Points when the friend completes their first booking successfully.
• Invitee: Receives a special reward or discount for their first booking.

Terms and Conditions for Using a Promo Code

1. Users may receive a Promo Code from marketing campaigns, reviews of partner restaurants or hotels, or social media campaigns.
2. The Promo Code can only be used with partner restaurants that support its use, indicated by this symbol: Please check the information on the restaurant's detail page.
3. The Promo Code can be used as a discount during the booking process on the Hungry Hub application or website.
4. If there is a remaining balance after applying the discount from the Promo Code, the user must make a prepayment for the remaining amount to complete the booking.
5. Only one Promo Code can be used per booking.
6. In the case of a cancellation of a booking (where a Promo Code was used along with a prepayment for the remainder), the system will not refund the full transaction amount after cancellation. Please contact Hungry Hub customer service before canceling.
